I've been trying the new tessellation option turned on with Tomoya's HD texture pack for Twilight Princess... looks gorgeous! Haven't noticed any problem with the latest unstable version. Should I detect any new issue with it, I'll report back.

Nice improvements to the image enhancement features, but:
- Why are the dsp*.png images still included in the Ishiiruka package? They were deprecated a long time ago. - Merged latest changes from master, but (for whatever reason) PR #3235 was skipped ? - Ishiiruka is still 3~5% slower than the latest dev. (master) builds. 11-22-2015, 03:24 AM

In a PC game, devs apply the shader, and then add the HUD to the frame. With Dolphin, the shader is applied to the final frame no matter what.

It adds an after frame that tells the shader to not affect certain areas. It's literally just a png image with certain areas (where the hud would be ) blacked out. It's a standart feature in reshade but it requires you to make the mask yourself so people would have to make them according to each game. 11-22-2015, 08:27 AM
Hey guys I have a question, sorry it's been asked but there are like 300 pages and it's difficult to search.
So, I'm running Xenoblade Chronicles with this, it runs perfect, for some time, the problem is, after some mins of playing the game slowsdown when (for example) you aim an enemy and enter battle mode. Any solution? 11-22-2015, 08:28 AM
hi one question what is the best texture scaling mode option in the new ishiiruka build and is the new better bloom called bad bloom after all?
i also noticed that tesselation doesnt work with it cause the red boat(Leuenkönig) you are in (dont know the english term for it) and link appear as a nearly invisible shadow. 11-22-2015, 11:25 PM

It's a good idea for static HUD, but for dynamic HUD like a number of coins that always changes, the HUD area will never be the same ingame.
