Just curious, is this version updated for netplay with dual core?

Dude, do you want to ask for every setting in Dolphin individually here? Look for the Dolphin FAQ, performance guide, search the forums...
Skipping EFB is faster but a few games like Super Mario Galaxy need it.

Getting a nasty problem on this latest build (370) on Windows 8.1
When exiting any game I get a completely black screen. Only a system re-start will enable me to run anything again on the PC. No problems like this on previous build. 06-07-2015, 08:24 PM

As a workaround, you can change video backend to OpenGL or disable exclusive fullscreen or enable the message box that asks you if you want to exit emulation. 06-07-2015, 08:39 PM

Hey, good o'l friend. Been a while since I've last communicated with you.
Have your links been broken or something? I think you might be generating too much traffic on your Dropbox. I apologize, for that. 06-07-2015, 11:00 PM
Didn't know they where down will try to add a third download link to compensate
