Try all combinations first. If you have custom textures, you can also enable the option to "pre-load" them. That has helped me with the immense stuttering in Zelda TP.

Have you enabled async shader compilation and audio stretching?

I have async enabled with the combination of Predictive FIFO. In terms of sound its on HLE open al latency 4 didnt turn on audio strecthing though so what's holding my dolphin?

Disable predictive fifo, keep only async shader enabled, enable audio stretshing, but use latency 0.

Almost perfect, still stutters but less now should I use HLE or LLE?

HLE is always faster. You should only use LLE if there's an audio bug in a specific game, like the Rogue Squadron series.

I see anymore recommendation for the smoothest gameplay possible maybe in terms of graphics should I set it to a specific setting?

Also, I gotta ask: DSound, XAudio2 or OpenAL? What does each one do in simple terms (if it's even explainable in simple terms) and what's the best one for performance?

XAudio2 is the best. If you've got Linux you'll need OpenAL. I don't even know why DSound is still there...

If you want the smoothest gameplay you will have to wait for Tino to implement this PR

Currently many games play at 50fps (PAL games), which forces a situation where you play 50fps content on 60Hz mode in TV, which is by no means smooth. This will also fix the issue in Ishiiruka with Xenoblade. Undecided

Still getting save data issues with Guitar Hero and Rock Band, but now every time I close a game Ishiiruka crashes. Mario Kart Wii doesn't seem to boot either.
