The audio pitch has been corrected, but HLE has problems with musical transitions in Metroid Prime: Trilogy. Haven't tested LLE yet.

Please change it back, I use the audio limiter! I experience smoother gameplay with Donkey Kong Country Returns using these settings WITH the audio limiter: [Core] DSPHLE = False FrameLimit = 0x00000002 GFXBackend = DX9 SkipIdle = False [Video_Settings] DisableFog = False FastDepthCalc = False MSAA = 0 It is smoother compared to the same settings, but then with the limiter set to auto. Smoother how? Small hiccups are gone when using the audio limiter. It isn't a matter of shader-caching of something else, because the results can be repeated. DKC Returns is the only game I use the audio limiter with - it really is an odd game when it comes to the perfect settings.

But it also needs the VBeam Hack, right? And that one has been removed, anyway (at least in master).

With the before mentioned settings it runs like a charm.
In Dolphin 3.5 I did use the Vbeam speed hack - guess it is not needed anymore..

@Tino:
When toggling between different IRs with the hotkey, there are a couple of issues: - IRs above 4x are not available - IRs higher than 4x are displayed as an empty space in the OSD 'Map pad buttons to hotkeys' is not merged yet. P.S. Interesting... the old TexCache buld (Ishiiruka v250+) doesn't upscale the EFB textures when using EFB2RAM., but PR#2059 does. |
