No, I have a check at 'Skip EFB Access from CPU'. But even when I uncheck it there's no new option.
Intel i5-4690k (Devil's Canyon) @ 3.5 GHz (+Scythe Mugen) / Gainward GTX 1070 Phoenix (OC'd) / ASUS Z97 PRO GAMER / 16GB G.Skill DDR3-2400 CL10 TridentX / X-Fi XtremeMusic / Win10 Pro 64bit / Dell S2716DG Monitor / 3x original WiiMote+MotionPlus+Nunchuk
mm that is weird, I cannot reproduce it, the idea is that when you uncheck Skip EFB Access From CPU Fast EFB Access should appear between that option and Ignore Format Changes

Hmm, nope, nothing. Even after deleting the Dolphin.ini

Doesn't seem to be present. Also deleting that ini doesn't make the option appear either...

Damnit! Man, I hate when I'm stupid!
Sorry for taking your time, it was my fault. I need to get rid of some of those several Dolphin testing folders I guess...

And it gets even better (or worse, depends on how you look at it): It seems like I've been using an old version for some time now >_<
Using your latest version, the sound issues are all gone! Well, not all, but those that I reported before: the wobbly sound when using exclusive full screen and the music track skipping in Mario Kart Wii and Wii Sports Resort. So good work and sorry again! -_- Also, that new option is nice: I get more speed in SMG and everything still seems to work the way it should (pull stars and catching star bits)
