can you give more detail on this problem

The problem is not your fault, it is due to the merge of the changes made to master (I think it is due to this one: https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/source/detail?r=672fa65ee76c0addb31b8c8cacc129a76926331d )...practically now with OpenGL I only see a black screen or some strange artifacts.

Hi there !
Just want to report - I've tested 4.0-146 DX9 version from this thread, and even without TEV-Fixes it runs Silent Hill Shattered Memories with correct graphics in D3D9 backend, with native IR and without AA. Fullspeed. Black lines almost gone, some of them left in the far plane but almost invisible Smile So currently this version is the best for playing Silent Hill !))) And D3D9 is the only plugin right now, which don't shows any garbage with shadows and lighting in this game. (Just in native res)
P.S. - need savegame from OpenGl backend to bypass intro hang...
P.P.S. - all latest version don't load intro music in Silent Hill... On any sound backends. Don't know why...

I think that when they're ready, these changes should be integrated in the official 4.0 Dolphin as well (I don't mean to substitute it, I mean that a new optional build should be made) because merging the new commits from master has brought a lot of Dx9 problems (for example the games that require MMU speed hack don't work anymore...)

Unfortunately I don't have a clue, anyway I noticed that if I edit the ini, in the edit config screen comes out TLBHack = True , while previously it was TLBHack = 1 ...could that be origin of the problem?

No, I tried to put the 1 in the game ini but with no avail...anyway it is clear that the option doesn't get recognised anymore

DX9-Final-4.0-150-x64 crashes for me everytime after the first WII screen if i enable custom textures (with the texture packs installed ofc) tested it with Xenoblade and Twilight Princess.

I'd guess it's the one that applied the texture pool to d3d9.
