Ishiruka doesn't have this problem. But I don't know what to actually say. The build in this link freezes the entire pc whenever going into any of the options in the options bar. Kinda like how normal dolphin/ishiruka freezes the ui only whenever using the dx9 backend. But the build in the link does it no matter what. *shrugs*

no need to use the specific build yf you move the User\Load\Textures\GLEE08 of the zip to your Textures folder it will work wth Master or ishiiruka without problem.
