Intel Core i5 4460 3.2Ghz

And the settings doesn't matter i can turn everything on or off but it still crashes with this error:

ok looking at the error message the exeption is 0x887A0005 that is Device Removed, it can be caused by an invalid call or a driver error, the only thing that could be causing it is a functionality used by the dx12 backend that is not suported by the intel driver, will try to dig a little in the driver specs because i dont have that specific hard to test on it.

justa coment on your configuration, you should set texture cache acuracy to fast as is not needed in safe for most games. An with those settings even dx11 should work perfectly at that resolution.
also you should set:
ubershaders set to disabled
Force 24 bits color
Full async shader compilation.

Updated latest folder with a new version. Fixed some performance regresion caused by a stupid mistake i make wile merging some changes from master. performance, specially on cpu limited machines, should improve.

Seems hide mouse functionality no longer works with ubershaders turned on. disabeling ubershaders makes the mouse not appear
