The update to Vs2013 has caused me to get an error message when I start dolphin, something like "unable to find entry point if_indextoname of procedure IPHLPAPI.DLL"
How do I fix this? (I'm on Win XP)

Now latest version works on XP...anyway I had already found a regression in Spiderman SD using the Dolphin-DX9-Final-Stable-x86.rar build, so tomorrow I will post some screenshots...

Here you can see the regression in Spiderman Shattered Dimensions: the sky in the menu (and first level) with the DX9-Final branch is black

4.0 Dx9 final stable BRANCH and 4.0-146 Dx9-Final BRANCH: http://www.image-upload.net/di/DFGL/SPDE52-4.png

Last MASTER Dolphin with Dx9 support (4.0-146 MASTER): http://www.image-upload.net/di/WZN7/SPDE52-4.png

No, no the 4.0-146 is the last MASTER version with Dx9 support (starting with 4.0-147 Dx9 support was dropped), so 4.0-146 is the last master version available to test and it doesn't have the problem, while your 4.0-146 Dx9-Final BRANCH still has the black sky.
