When I boot a game on build 992 using D3D11 I get the error "Failed to initialize Direct3D. Make sure your video card supports at least D3D 10.0." I tested using Super Mario Sunshine and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. There are no issues of this type when using D3D12. This issue did not occur on builds 988 and earlier.

The issue are texture uv aligtment even when the game running in 1x IR some of it doesnt rendered well and need Tezture scaling which really slowdown in my machine and having aome bug on texture mipmap. Could you track the issue tino? The game are Basara 3 Utage 10-25-2017, 11:45 PM

Sorry for asking this question, but where exactly do I download shader caches for specific games that can be compiled during start-up ?

Hey just a quick question Twilight Princess with the HD texture pack, I am new to the forums so not sure if this is the right spot. But anyway, I downloaded Ishiiruka dolphin 674 with the HD texture pack already set up, it all works fine(I can select and load up Zelda, and run around with the save they give you) but I only have 8gb of ram. It seems to overflow into the hard drive which really slows down my computer. I have tried it on all the different settings for the HD shader pack in the settings, but the prefetched textures are still too much. Just wondering if there is a way to lower the textures that are rendered or do I just need more RAM. It stops loading into the RAM at 6.1 GB, and displays an error message. Thanks.

You can use https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-custom-texture-tool-ps-v27-1 to convert the textures into smaller files. First, if the texture pack is made of PNG files, converting them to DDS will reduce the RAM usage. If that isn't the case or you need to reduce the RAM usage even more, you can downscale the textures. After that, you should hopefully be able to use prefetching without running out of RAM. 10-26-2017, 03:45 PM

About basara bug i use veesion 961 and it work flawless will i try 981 build the bug are still there. I suppose some defect on DX11 code occured around 989-newer and bug about texture issue in basara 3 are around 962-981(toward newer build too).
Star Fox Adventures runs faster with the last version but there is a issue with shadows. They disappear when one/many character(s) is/are face to Fox.
Edit : it's with d11. With Vulcan, no shadow bug but the game stutters. |
