It's definitely present in the stable build, remember it working a couple of revisions before that. Hmm...I'll check it out.

updated latest folder with a new version, hangs in vulkan when using perf queries (super mario sunshine should be fixed). feedback is welcome.

Hi Tino, I checked 2 older versions of Ishiiruka, which I had on my backup HDD + the latest stable version of Ishiiruka:

Ishiiruka v268: EFB copies to RAM works great with correct lens flare in Mario Kart Wii, without an enormous framedrop compared to EFB to Texture
Ishiiruka v510: big framedrop when using EFB to RAM, 
Ishiiruka v733 stable: big framedrop when using EFB to RAM

I realize v268 is very old and the emulator has gotten WAY more accurate since then, but nonetheless - it is a pity that EFB to RAM is sooooo slow nowadays compared to before. Especially since the lens flare is displayed correctly in the older v268 and it's a really nice effect.

Any thoughts on this?

I use a fully configured emulator frontend (Maximus Arcade) to play every console & arcade game instantly

As per my original post: "With or without the fix same issue". So no, with or without hack same issue. Anyone else experiencing this?

This version of dolphin is great, performance is loads better for Mario kart and the added features is great for other games, keep up the great work Big Grin

what exactly is your configuration because i can see that effect working, and the slowdown is not that big on my system.

Hello,

So I was trying to play Skyward Sword lately and by now I'm getting pretty steady 30fps with the latest Ishiiruka (v8xx), not perfect but playable!
I'm using Dx12 btw, will update my post with other settings later!

However, I'm facing the exact same banding issue which is mentioned on the wiki page, the problem is I can't fix it by enabling "force texture filtering" :/

Anyways I'd like to know if someone here has some fool proof settings for me to fix the fps entirely and getting rid of the banding effect?
I was just playing twilight princess before and really feel like I downgraded by quality, besides I was only using the A Vanilla shader. For SS it unfortunately looks way too blurry and too bright so do anyone have a better suggestions for a good shader?

I was wondering, would it be possible for you to add the Hybrid-XFB even though its a wip - https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/3880

its needed for games like crash nitro kart so the loading images can work and that you get high resolution ingame so far dolphin and your build dont allow both high res and loading screens to work together
