Will try to debug the source of the issue but is a future fix it will nor work for existing savestates.

Wait what... game saves don't work at all after a save state? Strange, I'm certain I saved after a save states before...
I totally remember when I was going through deku palace and needed to live imedietly, so I saved the state and then continued from it and saved normaly...

The problems is that it does not happends in all cases, making hard to debug it, it just happens in some cases and not always on the same place, is really hard to duplicate, but when it happends it seems to break game saves completly.

Ok, thanks. I choose a bad time to use 3 days to the fullest...

@Tino: EFB to RAM causes an enormous performance-hit in Mario Kart Wii (you need it for correct lenseflares) any chance of getting this fixed?

Thanks for all your work

xystus: no efb to ram reads efb data to cpu memory and that is really expensive there is no generic way to speed this up.

Okay thanks for your answer. Though, why wasn't it as much of a performance-hit with versions of Dolphin/ishiruka like 6 months ago? Is it because of the emulator being more accurate and therefor more demanding in EFB to RAM mode?

It's unplayable now with the setting enabled, even 2x res. rendering its choppy as hell (and my specs are decent, see signature).

Yes and I'm running everything on your stable version now. Don't need all the extra gfx options, so stable is my way to play. Didn't make any difference though; stable, latest or master.
