that which i already told here the save failed issue in the last story which happens only if i load a save state than try to save 
but if i start a new game i can normally save
so i have to try I'm not losing hope yet I'll try to load the state on development build of dolphin

updated latest folder with a new version, this version is focused in stability so dx12 and vulkan should be a lot more stable now. testing is welcome.

I try to launch in diferent folder with command.
C:\games\Ishiiruka834\Dolphin.exe -u "%userprofile%\Documents\Dolphin Emulator 2"
Not working anymore?
