Ok, many thanks !!
And for now, I have to find a 360 controller config.ini to give Metroid prime 3 a try ! Your Ishiiruka is marvelous. 07-13-2016, 06:19 AM

Nevermind about the Fifo log, I found the culprit: XFB
In Rhythm Heaven Fever I use XFB (virtual) for two levels which otherwise flicker. XFB disabled, the FPS are back to normal. But obviously, XFB shouldn't be so heavy on the performance (or at least it wasn't until a week ago).

@StripTheSoul: The only change that can be related is this
https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/7ee6d082131cf40b8a8471ff3ac967e30326f59e can you chech if that version of master have the same issue? 07-13-2016, 07:39 AM

Yep, that's the one, also slow (and to be sure I checked the revision before that one and there was no slowdown).

@StripTheSoul: do you have vsync enabled, if that is the case can you test with vsync disabled?

Hello guys. Being rather new to the forums, I'm not exactly sure where to go for assistance for my problem other than this very post. I hope that's alright. If not, apologies.
The dilemma is, I'm unable to load custom textures in Ishiiruka and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Despite following many video and text tutorials on installing packs and activating them in the emulator, nothing seems to be working for me. For example, trying to use the Muramasa: TDB pack located here yields no results. The game ID and the texture pack's folder both match up accordingly in the Load > Textures directory, I've enabled "Load Custom Textures" under Utility in the Advanced tab, and I've tried mix-matching all kinds of folder options (such as placing all files into the game ID's folder instead of having organized folders within folders), but nothing comes of it. None of the textures change appear any different. Is there, per chance, a setting I've overlooked? Any help would be great. |
