Additionally, I can see a straight-line edge, where the cloud texture got cut off.

----

Also the water looks like a sheet of pale blue glass. It should be... darker, more blue, and more reflective? (Is that due to the fog shader?)

I pulled up some comparison images:

https://www.google.com/search?q=cliff+lake&tbm=isch
Note: Lake Hylia is surrounded by cliffs, rather than the (real-life) usual forest.

https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=lake+louise
Glacial lakes contain rock flour and tend to be deep blue, or (in more extreme cases) opaque turquoise.

----

I'll see what I can do. I haven't bothered with the water texture yet.
Not planing on making a thread for it.
At the moment it is more along the lines of a toy, than a true texture pack.

I was wondering if I am able to set the frame limit to Ishiiruka to 60 fps, because I have it set to 100% frame limit and it defaults to 120 fps for metroid prime 2, and setting the limit to 50% slows down the audio and I'm onlt able to reach 42 fps.
EDIT: I was being stupid and had double video rate on

This Async full shader compilation is a godsend, and seems to be an indication of how far Dolphin might go once the Ubershader project thingy is implemented. I learned about AFSC only today, grabbed the latest build and started playing games I've had stuttering with. AND HOLY CRAP! All of a sudden now I can play Super Mario Galaxy 2 with full 8xMSAA and not a hint of stuttering. Unbrella Chronicles and The Last Story also, though with those two games the shaders/assets/whatever (not a programmer here) are visibly absent for a fraction of a second before they come in. It is a slight annoyance, sure, but vastly preferable to the stuttering you would otherwise get - and again: I assume this will be solved by the Ubershader project.

And Wind Waker, egad! It used to be stutter city with the HD texture pack and 1080/8xMSAA! Just unplayable, and now it is maaaaabye the tiniest stutter here and there.

The only thing is ... the one game I really wanted to tyr out has started acting up. Metroid Prime Trilogy. It used to boot just fine, and I had no problems with MP1 or MP2 before, but MP3 was unplayable due to stutter, even on 720/noAA. But now it simply won't load. It gets stuck on the very first loading screen, the black screen with "Metroid Prime Trilogy Loading ...."  And the dots keep counting up and restarting, but the game never starts. What's more, now it won't start in my regular Dolphin build either, where it always booted fine before! So please, what am I doing wrong? :-)

My "old"/regular Dolphin build is 4.0-9198, all settings "default", no AA.

(Rig: i7-4790k, 16GB DDR5 RAM, GTX980, Windows 7)

Could you post the MD5 of the game? (Right-click on it in the game list, pick Properties, go to the Info tab, press Compute)

Also, if cheats are enabled, try disabling them.

Ok, I did so and it came up with this number, though I don't know what it means: 735c0d0c16177e3294f5e0faf7a69571
(My game is the PAL version, in case that matters)

Also, I never use cheats of any kind, they ruin the experience for me :-)

Hm, I just moved the "Dolphin Emulator" folder from my Windows library folder and let Dolphin rebuild it, and now Metroid Prime Trilogy works perfectly. Also, Async shade compilation works as advertised. Not a single visible stutter during the intro cutscene were Dark Samus breaks free! Then some missing assets for a fraction of a second during the transition to Samus in her cockpit, but still: AWESOME ACHIEVEMENT!

Now I just wonder what it was in my old Dolphin Emulator folder that was causing the problem.

updated the latets folder with a new version. now uid cache will generate diferent files for every game to allow easy sharing. to extract already generated uids place the *.usage files (the one included in the zip or the ones you already have if you played new games) on "Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Cache\ShadersUIDS" folder and then run the game. if you want to share your database for a specific game just share all the files that start with that specific game id. Placing shared files on the folder will grand no shader compilation wile gaming if Compile shaders on startup option is enabled.
please let me know if somethig needs clarification. Enjoy

Alright, so I got enough "Done" to make a video showing off my pack.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QB9yRgXdRHA
I have to say, Tino, the lighting features add a lot to this pack! Note the specular highligts on the grass in Hyrule field. (Trying to get that morning dew shimmer effect)
In retrospect, the fog doesn't look to bad now that i've towned down the bloom a bit. It looks very "Distancy".
I am using displacment maps, but unfortunately Tesselation + SSAO +4k/6xNative is too much for my puny gtx 970. Im going to need to upgrade. :/
But, it's Ishiiruka's Features I feel makes this pack awesome! I was almost tempted to put "Achieved with Ishiiruka Engine" at the begging of the video". XD
