What are the differents between Texture Scaling Mode and Display/Resize Shader?

Texture scalling is applyed to every texture while resize shader is applyed to the screen

Not sure if it helps but I am still getting the wrong colored Pikmin and on occasion wrongly rendered textures. I have tried disabling and enabling anything I could, including the HD texture caching. Pikmin 2 seems to be the only case of something seemingly being a wrong color, and I'm thinking it has something to do with rgb values, as Red pikmin are always red, while yellow and blue pikmin almost seem to be using a color overlay that is mixing or blending odd with the red base color.

Wow this looks fantastic much better than even xBRZ and with Jinc2 that rust on the car looks much more realistic. How does it compare with Super xBR? Could you release a pastebin with a standalone Jinc2-Sharper filter code?
Please port this jinc filter to PCSX2. PS2 has lower quality textures than GC and PCSX2 doesn't have any texture scalers, texture replacement or even upscaling shaders so PCSX2 could really benefit from this jinc2 filter.

Is there a way for me to create dolphin settings/config for each game? I run separate instances of Ishiiruka-Dolphin for each game.

If im not mistaken post processing settings are saved per game
