I would like to point out (because I guess it wasn't seen?) that a few pages back that I said I was getting BSODs on my AMD R9 285 if I use Crimson 16.3.X+DX12+On EFB Copy. I get the BSOD if I boot up Sunshine>Hit the load save block>press start in the load save menu. Computer locks up then BSODs. This happens in the latest and the one before the latest if I'm not mistaken.

Works on older drivers.
Also I refreshed windows ie reinstalled Win10 and reinstalled the drivers and it still happens.
It only occurs the way I said, Crimson drivers (hotfix variant ie 16.3.X)+DX12 Backend+On EFB Copy. Anything else and it works fine.

Sounds like your AMD drivers are buggy.

This is pretty much a given with AMD drivers. Roll your drivers back.

I would but I can't, my internet is terrible (do to financial issues) and it takes forever to download Dolphin let alone a 300mb driver. I would also like to point out that I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for AMD to fix their drivers for R9 285s and 380s so rolling back would be fruitless. I can't even play most of my favorite games till they fix that issue. Dolphin works great but a lot of games cause what people call "black screens" ie my monitor guess to standby while my PC is completely locked up but that has nothing to do with this.

By the way does this version of Super xBR ported to Ishiiruka have 3D mask? It doesn't look like the characters in RE3 are filtered.

Well, even at 2x, it's so slow I won't release it for Ishiiruka (it wouldn't be worth). For a 4x scaling, you just need to run sxbr two times. Anyway, here's the C/C++ code, if you find someone else who want's to optimize it: http://pastebin.com/cbH8ZQQT
I think an SSE otimization would be essential for it to run at an acceptable speed.

And about the shader, the answer is no. From the tests I did, GC and Wii games have much more effects than psx/N64, and these effects are often applied above low res assets (for example, the fog or noise applied in many games). These effects completely destroys the heuristic I use in Mednafen to detect low res inside a high res framebuffer. So, the super-xbr-3d isn't useful for Dolphin. On the other hand, a single pass filter like jinc can be used, and that's the shader used in that Resident Evil version.

I will after this weekend, although the error persists across all backends and with default settings applied.

I posted earlier about a hanging animation, and updating my version did resolve the issue, so thanks!

I have another issue related to graphics. For some reason a lot of character models have this weird red sheen on them at all times. I am on the most current unstable version.

Here's a picture of what I mean in the spoiler.

Thank you in advance!

That is not an issue, wind waker only use ligth on characters but actually dont use the color of the light, that red color is the actual color of the ligths configured by the game and that are used when you enable phong ligthing

There you go again lying and hating on AMD just for the sake of hating AMD.

There is no need to do that, the EFB related crash was introduced in one of the last two or three Ishiiruka revisions, a couple of people and me reported the bug a few pages back in this thread. Roll back a few Ishiiruka revisions and keep the latest 16.3 drivers, they work beautifully. Alternatively just don't use the DX12 backend until Tino fixes this.
