make some optimization in the way the primitives are rendered so in some scenarios performance could be diferent. just for curiosity can you compare performance with the previus version?

Thanks for the information. On master 4.0-127, the game runs at 100% on the menu screen with 9x SSAA. Just for clarity, no performance difference in your DX9-Final builds I have tried.

Testing SSBM, LM and MK-DD right now, Tino.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

that could be the result of augmented fill rate utilization due to the extra pass to emulate early z. maybe put the early z emulation as an option could improve performance in games that are not brocken

@Tino: Found an issue with DX9 SSAA. In SSBM, anti-aliasing makes the image to look way smaller than it should.

I decided to try SSAA and, instead of a little slowdown (as it happens normally) the image was shrunk (only a small rectangle in the left-top corner). That was with 4x SSAA. 9x SSAA forced the image to look even smaller. I also was using a 16:9 ratio.
