Same problem here.
New 407 version crash after exit from a game.

The Program Crash When you close a game, also the wimote with the nunchuck doesnt work on :

Zelda Skyward Sword

Have you tried Zelda Skyward Sword with normal Dolphin? You do know you need a real wiimote with motion+ for that game, right?

Yea.
Skyward sword cant be played with ishiiruka
you will need a custom dolphin build with motion+ emulation but i recomend to get a real wiii motion+
all dolphin builds with motion+ emulation are stuck in 3.0-3.5 verion of dolphin.

Ive been playing Zelda Skyward Sword on the official Dolphin 3.5 without problems, andyea i have a real wii u with motion plus

I've had the wiimote/nunchuck doesnt work bug happen to me on master a while back when I even had a wiimote. 

If you havent unplug and plug it back in a few times and try to relaunch the game. Thats how I used to get it working.

updated the lates folder with a new version. merged the latets master changes. please test if the issues with nvidia cards while closing games are solved.
