Those three make Dolphin crash, while the other modes don't. MSAA doesn't have any negative or positive effect on this.

Only in this particular version. Version 398 worked fine, and I've been using it since day 1.

Okay, I had an issue with it last build, so I thought that might be it. If not, disable EFB. I had black screen problem with twilight princess, but I disabled EFB and it works.
Fragile Dreams and Metroid on the other hand worked without tampering, so tell me what games you are trying to run as well.

Nah, I always have Shadowplay disabled too. Just Fatal Frame 4 that won't run for me on Ishiiruka...the logs don't have any useful info in them, either.

EDIT: When I say it doesn't care about my config, that also means it has the problem in DX11/DX9/OGL.

Oh hey, using ishikura fx crashed twilight princess for me, after I disabled EFB to get it working, so also turn of ishiruka fx.

I've never used it. And Geforce Experience isn't installed in my PC.

@mew: tested your config and everything seems to work right, the only thing i have to change was framelimit and folder and memory card paths.
please can you test starting a clean version with Portable.txt in it and just configure the basic settings?

Oh, I figured out my issues with twilight princess. Apparently Reshade hangs it up when it's loading in settings, making it crash.
