There's some kind of bug on certain GPUs (namely, some NVIDIA?) where if you load a homebrew and turn on XFB, the driver will hard crash. I don't know if that bug is the one they're talking about, but, a lot of time DX11 does that. shuffle2 had a fix in the works, but, I don't think it was ever finished.

Gotta try the latest Ishiiruka Build again with Metroid: Other M at some point.
About the GPU crashes: It is a known problem since the nVIDIA GTA V READY Drivers (or one after that), that the GPU Driver likes to crash. I had that happen 3 times by now in other games. I also heard about the GPU Driver crashing if you have Google Chrome opened with a lot of tabs. 06-22-2015, 12:27 PM
Hey Tino, when running fragile dreams I have to have external frame buffer disabled or I get a blinking screen,, but I need it enabled to get dof and ssao working. Any work around?
The latest Ishiiruka Build runs Metroid: Other M slightly better now compared to the ones I tried in Feb.
Still, stuttering still occurs in cutscenes, especially if the camera changes. Shader compilation still is not "perfect", but noticeable better ![]() If those "stutters" occur during cutscenes or while it compiles shaders (example: Switching rooms, charging the beam or placing a bomb while being a Morph Ball), it un-renders a noticeable part of the entire scenery and the FPS drop from 60 to 40 (30 to 20 in cutscenes) for this short moment, which is 1 to 2 seconds long. If there's any way on how I can help, Tino, then I'd be glad to, if possible. (Submitting DXDiag? Dolphin Config?) Keep up the good work ![]() Cheers, Maxunit EDIT: Dolphin only seems to use 50% of my CPU and I noticed something else. Whenever I hit ESC to stop emulation, I can press "OK" on the prompt, but then the Ishiiruka-Dolphin build freezes and I have to force-quit it using Task Manager. This does not happen with the latest dev build from Dolphin. On the other hand, the latest Dolphin Dev Build runs worse than the Ishiiruka-Dolphin Build. 06-22-2015, 06:51 PM

It's only on DX (I use GL o master) but since Ishiiruka relies so much on DX and you supposedly merged latest commits I guess you also merged this bug? Also had issues on Xenoblade PAL, in Ishiiruka it runs fast at 30fps. 06-23-2015, 04:19 AM
GeckoOS don't boot anymore, anyone else has this problem?
From France with love.

updated the latest folder with a new version, fixed gecko os boot by adding an option to Enable/Disable wiispeak support. So to play games that requires wiispeak to boot the option should be enables, for the rest is better to keep it disabled.
