Smile core is really unstable now for 32 bits I think the best will be do a 32 bit version with 4.0.2 core

Tested Zelda Wind Waker, and no issues found in lava area, but dont know why game.ini is forcing efb to ram since the game dont need it.

The "lava area" has intense screen tearing without EFB to RAM. Also, if EFB to RAM is off, then some effects (things disappearing after being chopped, and a few others) will not properly be transparent.

I played the entire game twice in different builds and never have problem with efb to texture.

Fire Effect Doubling issue

Even with Fast Depth Calculation off wave flickering is not fixed.

That's an issue with the heat effect not being emulated at all, for whatever reason, not the heat effect being emulated correctly. The issue with the heat effect causing tearing was fixed shortly after 4.0.2 stable; it is now just distortion if EFB to RAM is enabled. But it is still a source of tearing on the stable.

The heat effect works just fine with either EFB to Texture or EFB to RAM with any recent version of Dolphin on all supported backends.
