There's a little glitch with custom textures. You can see it twice on this screenshot: It's around those stars (at the door) and around the glow of that power ball something.

EDIT: Oh, I just checked and it's actually also in master. All backends.

Without predictive FIFO the emulator still crashes. With Ishiiruka version 268 I've played Mario Kart Wii several hours (my son loves it) and it didn't crash one time.

=> When testing, select the GCN Peach Beach circuit. It crashes right before starting the race.

I can confirm the issue, for what I can see in the debuguer jited code is trying to read and write from invalid addresses. xystus you want to fill the bug or prefer that I post it on the issue tracker?

after more testing the issue only happends under dx11 when using efb to ram.
Here is the issue

I think I read somewhere that this EFB2RAM bug is present in the latest master (dev) builds as well. It was something like this:

If you enable EFB2RAM, you'll experience one of these three issues:
- Freezing
- Instant crash
- Ridiculously low framerate that sticks even if you switch to EFB2Texture with the 'Toggle EFB' hotkey

* It happens only with the D3D backend. OGL is not affected, but it's a bad choice, since it's extremely slow with EFB2RAM (especially at high IRs).

Try v271. If v268 worked for you, v271 should work as well - with even better results (glitch-free audio).

But in v272 and v273, Tino made some tweaks / changes to the texture cache , so you should try those builds as well and see if those tweaks are "resposinsible" for the EFB2RAM crashing issue.

When I was using the latest version of Ishiiruka Unstable 289(a884767), it crashes when exiting a game in fullscreen without 'render to main window' selected. I added screenshots of my configuration so the error can (hopefully) be reproduced. If 'render to main window' is selected or if the game is not ran in fullscreen, games exit normally.

Im getting a crash/hang with anything running DX11 upon exit with ESC key.
OpenGL is unaffected though.

I run fullscreen, but not borderless.

Been happening for the last 2 weeks with these builds.

can you give more detail on your config since with a default config i was unabled tyo reproduce it
