Try the following:
- medium texture cache accuracy
- safe texture cache accuracy
- disable "force texture filtering"
- set a fixed IR, like 3xIR for a 1920x1080 display

that issue is present in 271, is caused by force texture filtering, is a know issue and even master has it, the games copy some textures from the efb and use filtering to achieve some efects if you force filtering where is not active in the real hard you can break some effects.

When I was using 272 I noticed that if you exit out of a game in Direct3D 11 Dolphin crashes and must be ended through task manager. This issue only occurs when not rendering to the main window. Also I believe this issue was present in the previous revision before 272.

v272 is very buggy compared to the previous build (at least 3 new issues):

* 10% slower than v271 with EFB2RAM
* EFB2RAM copies are unscaled (low-res)
* Wrong / darker colors with EFB2Texture

The latest Test build (PR#2059) has the same feature (paletted texture cache), but doesn't have these issues.

Master & 271 doesn't have this error with texture filtering enabled:

Master:

Only 272 has those black borders around textures with texture filtering enabled:

All tested with the same settings.
I only use texture filtering with this game to fix the Banding/Pixelated Shading problem.

yes this is a really unestable version but is the only way i have to get feedback.
can you give more info on the issues you reported.
