Tino, please, could you include the HLE audio fix for Rogue Squadron games?
Without it, the sound is terrible with HLE.

Updated the latest folder with a new version. fixed the issue with RS2, added a option to control bounding box for people having problems with gpu implementation.

After Zfreeze's merging, The Wind Waker flickering textures are fixed (e.g: grass & waves in the background).

Skyward Sword's issue (inside The Pirate Stronghold mini-dungeon) it's partially fixed:

@ Tino: You should merge PR #1916 ASAP.

This PR (finally) fixes the broken EFB scaling issue and also removes the need for Safe Texture Cache, for a significant performance boost in several titles.

Two trolls wth one stone, as they say.

@ Tino: In Okami, DX11 is a lot faster than DX9. Is it because of EFB2RAM? I normally never use that setting, but the game needs it.

I have slowdown in old Dolphin version (Ishiiruka Dolphin & Newest Dolphin Master is more faster).
