Hi Tino ! (Rodolfosvaldobogado ?)
I've tested v. 156 and yes = it fixes that ugly black lines in SilentHill (shadow layer error). It works fine, but just like before - only in native resolution... Is it possible to fix that shadow upscaling function ?) P.S. - looks like SilentHill crashes and hangs somehow related to texture cache... Sometimes in the uploads, read/writes it's just freezes... Neobrain: still not public because i'm thinking if i will stay in google code or move to github, but there are only merges from master and some reverts so no big changes.
Linear: yup i already see the problem, I will eliminate the texture cahche because it only bring a speed up in ogl because d3d already has an internall pool. 02-07-2014, 11:42 PM
Sounds good
![]() And what about that upscaling shadows bug - is it possible to fix upscaled shadows in DX9 ?) Or use some kind of temporary workaround, or hack... ?) If you need testing - I'm always here and ready to test DX9 versions ) (OGL backend giving just black picture for me and DX11 gives more shadow distorsions and bugs...)
