updated the latest folder with a new version, please test if this fixes the problems with dx11 initialization in some systems and dx9 problem with custom textures

thanks for the update!

but there are 2 x64 versions:
Ishiiruka.39410f4.x64
Ishiiruka.fcf3f14.x64

which one is the stable?

Try 39410f4 it should be stable, if you find any peoblem try the other

Did some testing and the Metroid Prime Thermal visor bug is still there.
Tested using both Ishiiruka.39410f4.x64 and Ishiiruka.fcf3f14.x64.

Now in dx11 backend the emulator runs perfect with my Radeon 5770 Hawk and the performance seems much better in dx9. Thx Tino.
