In order to get Mega Man 9 & 10 looking pixel perfect, I have to set the Wii resolution to 4:3, fullscreen resolution to 1024x960, and aspect ratio to stretch to window.
Is there a way to set the Wii resolution and fullscreen resolution via gameini? Right now I have to set those settings manually. 12-22-2017, 05:30 AM
The Wii aspect ratio is supposed to be configurable in game INIs, but I think there's some kind of bug that makes it not work. Fullscreen resolution can't be set in game INIs.

[Wii] Widescreen = False I will submit a feature request to specify fullscreen resolution in gameini. Thank you for your help. 12-22-2017, 08:07 AM

Maybe it has gotten fixed then (12-22-2017, 07:25 AM)buvk Wrote: I will submit a feature request to specify fullscreen resolution in gameini. Using this setting is discouraged (it's not accessible from the GUI at all anymore), so I think it's unlikely that someone is going to want to add a game INI option for it. But it's going to automatically be settable from game INIs anyway once the new config system starts covering it, so I would suggest waiting for that without filing a feature request on the tracker. 01-01-2018, 09:39 PM
Hmm just wondering. Does Dolphin have an .ini command line to hide the mouse cursor for specific games? I generally want the mouse cursor enabled since I used my controller most of the time. A few games are worth playing with the mouse + keyboard instead and for those games hiding the mouse cursor would be suitable (since games such as Super Mario Galaxy already have their own in-game cursor).

No. But it should become configurable in INIs in the future once we move more settings over to the new config system. |
