[UNOFFICIAL] [Howto] Using gameini settings per game

I use F-Zero GX to test.
When I enter "FrameLimit = 0x00000010" it seems to lock the framerate to 75. When I enter "FrameLimit = 0x00000009" it seems to lock the framerate to 40. How can I cap it to 60?

"useFPS = true" is an old 4.0.2 stable version option that got removed afterwards. If you use the latest development it won't do anything. 05-21-2014, 12:54 AM

Alright, thanks for the info. And is there any difference between the "auto framelimiter" option and the "FrameLimit = 0x0000000d" option, applied to a 60fps game? Or are they really the same (when using a 60fps game)?

A little question (I hope it's not too stupid) about those game ini files...
So, when I update Dolphin, I just copy all files over the old Dolphin folder. However, I still have that GameSettings folder in the Dolphin Emulator folder... So does that mean I need to copy over that GameSettings folder from the new Dolphin version to the Dolphin Emulator folder (to keep it up-to-date) or is that folder not used anymore and I can delete it?
