Any news on my post concerning the not-working framelimit options? I can't get it to work properly through ini files.
CPU: Intel 3570k with Corsair H60 watercooler @4.1ghz
GPU: Nvidia Asus GTX780 @1140/6600
PSU: Corsair 750W
RAM: Corsair 8gig DDR3-1600
MOBO: Asrock Z68m ITX
HDD: 500gb SSD EVO
CASE: Lian-Li PC-Q08 mini-ITX case
OS: Windows 7 x64

I use a fully configured emulator frontend (Maximus Arcade) to play every console & arcade game instantly

Do you use the latest development master branch? Here it works the same as the gui option does.

I just used:
[Core]
UseFPS = True
FrameLimit = 0x00000013
For windwaker and it is limiting to 60 fps. I will ask the obvious, is your pc strong enough to handle high fps? If it is not you will definitely experience frame drops.

Why on earth is it in hex? (and uh, 0x13 = 19 so I dunno what is going on XD)

That is the way the option was always saved at the general dolphin ini Tongue ...

Because that's how all unsigned ints are saved. Why it's unsigned int and not u32 though...
