This appears to have no effect:

Scaled EFB Copy:
[Video_Hacks]
EFBScaledCopy = True (or False to disable "Scaled EFB Copy").

Tested Super Mario Sunshine (goo appears to be blocky) in 5.0-5620 and 5.0-5755

Yes.

When dolphin overrides a setting it becomes bold in the graphics menu right? Every other setting I tested this was true, but not for Scaled EFB copy. Either True or False.

I can see the effects in-game too.

Should I go to the issue tracker?

Updated the initial post with the altered gameini setting for internal resolution which has been simplyfied compared to the previous one.

That's not a game INI setting, that's a global INI setting.

Can't you still put those in gameini though?
