Wanted to bump and say that 4289 doesn't retain certain settings changes (like antialiasing and selecting a post processing method like FXAA under Vulkan).

Is it possible to set frameskip with 105%, or the percent I want manually?
This might fix the speed in some games on my laptop :/

If you actually mean frameskip, then no. If you mean the speed limit (listed as "framelimit" in the first post of this topic), then yes, you can set whatever percentage you want when you're editing INIs (either game INIs or the main Dolphin.ini), but I don't think that's going to fix any speed problems.

Sorry, I meant framelimit.
I'll try to explain: I'm trying to play Mario Kart, when I use 100% I get around 37-47 fps, when I use 110% most of levels I get 47 - 60 fps but there are some that I get 66 fps and it gets too fast, so I was wondering if I use between 105% probably will fix it. 

To get 105 % which value should I put?  [color=#000000]1.00000001?[/color]

To get 105%, write 1.05. (And 110% is 1.1, 120% is 1.2, and so on. You don't have to include all the decimals at the end like the first post of this thread does.)
