Most of the settings usually don't need to be set on a per-game basis. The most flexible way to use settings (in my opinion) is to have a good set of defaults and then only override the settings that need to be overriden.

If I select false it is simply going to disable an option correct? I am confused by this line "enable and disable".

True enables Force Texture Filtering, and False disables it.

It is to enable and disable respectively, if that doesn't make sense in English then perhaps i should make it:
True (or False to enable or disable "Force Texture Filtering" respectively)
If a native english speaker doesn't make sense of the original phrase used and makes sense of the one above i will change it. The way i write makes sense using my native language and perhaps i am wrong.

Your English is quite good and I appreciate your time explaining the gameini as well! When describing a technical ini such as this I find that less is more. I would write the instructions as follows:

"ForceFiltering = True (or False to disable "Force Texture Filtering") -- my understanding is that if false disables then it is implied that true would enable. Just my opinion. Not an overly necessary change now that it has been cleared up for me but I obviously needed that phrase clarified. Smile

To my knowledge, Dolphin applies settings in this order:

game INI in User folder -> default game INI in system folder -> global settings

IMO you should only place the settings you need to change in the game INI and let every other setting use the default.

As for the filtering description, I agree with Internets' interpretation. "True" should enable forced texture filtering, while "False" should disable it and cause textures to not be filtered, and the above description conveys that meaning in English, whereas the current description is confusing.

Ok updated the guide with the above suggestions and added notes to game options which are removed in latest dev (except those in game properties, i still don't know what to do with those since a gui already exists for those, you don't need to type them).

Is there any way to change the GameCube Skip Bios setting via the game.ini?

I know, but is it possible to have it on and off for specific games? Instead of having to change it every time lol

No since not everyone has a gamecube bios. So if someone tried to enforce gamecube bios in the gameini and it was missing it would be problematic so noone bothered implementing it.

Will we get a graphical interface at some point?

Also, how do I disable anti-aliasing? I don't see a command here, "anti-aliasing = 0" probably won't work.
