[Unofficial] Dolphin nightly builds for Disco/Eoan/Focal

As the subject states, I have an Ubuntu PPA that builds Dolphin from latest official sources daily for Ubuntu Disco, Eoan, and the in-development Focal (20.04).

No changes made to official sources.

There desperately needs to be a better distribution method for Linux Dolphin builds.
