Until then, here are the instructions:

Extract all contents of this ZIP file into any folder
Close Dolphin if it is open

Run "nand_generator.exe"
Open Windows Explorer window, navigate to "My Documents" folder
Drag the "Dolphin Emulator" subfolder into the new window.
Press "Enter" key twice.

You're done.

But i'm using portable.txt... What folder i have to select?

dolphin no longer support win32

download python 3 for win32, then run the cross-platform version.

Oh, and if anyone is having trouble, delete DWC_AUTHDATA.

I've tried cross-platform version, the program said "we're done" but still get 23915 error code when connecting wiimmfi. Same result after deleting DWC_AUTHDATA.

The OS you´re currently using is too old, and Dolphin does not support it no matter what. You´ll need Windows Vista or higher in order to get latest builds.

(And, even if you manage to do that, your PC would be too slow; you´ll have to upgrade that first).

EDIT: You should try something jimbo posted before, in this same page.
