First, you create an emulated NAND folder and load it on your SD/USB. You install SNEEK/UNEEK, then launch it, which drops the Wii into emulated-NAND mode. You need to setup the emulated Wii after.
I think MAC address is read from hardware, not stored in the NAND. I don't think SNEEK spoofs the hardware MAC address. Meaning you still must use a MAC changer.
