Well, the last time I've updated this was 3 years ago and I almost dropped this little "project", but by requests of some members from PortableApps and other places, I updated the launcher again. It's now bundled with Dolphin 5.0 and can be used also with any development build released after, and I made many improvements under-the-hood on the launcher side. Read that as being able to run multiple portable and local instances without any kind of issue, automatic language switching if you're using PortableApps Menu and proper handling of the required VC++ 2015, DirectX and XAudio2 libraries in all Windows versions that Dolphin can run. In fact, from my testings on different computers, this new version of the launcher is so stable that I even submitted it for "official" release at PortableApps.com (waiting for review at the moment), and I probably won't touch this anymore until the next Dolphin stable release.
