Well, in my case, in the version3.0, when I almost finish the success mode in Powerful Pro Baseball9, Dolphin pops up a error message like this:

Dolphin stops responding and close regardless I click yes or no. And in svn7710M Dolphin is just terminate itself immediately. I have no idea why it happen?
