Hi. I was a new user as of yesterday who had been banned, subjectively unjustly. I had posted a thread in the support category about how I'd been getting frequent slowdowns in games that had run fine before. The one reply I got was from one of this site's moderators, namely pne named "MayImilae." (Link to original thread: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-dolphin-suddenly-running-a-lot-slower) Aside from being extremely unhelpful ("Metroid Prime is demanding" is all she said), she accused me of piracy, because I'd used the word "download." Though, the legalities of emulation are outlined in page 11 this document: http://www.copyright.gov/1201/docs/fedreg-notice-final.pdf
I was banned without even the chance to testify for myself, simply for muttering the word "download." I dont want my account back, and I don't care about getting my problem solved anymore. My initial experience with your forum staff has me never wanting to come here again.

You're on Dolphin forum, so you follow the rules of this forum. In case you didn't read them:

Forum Rules Wrote:Warez/downloading games talk is prohibited and frowned upon. To prevent legal issues, you may not post links or refer to any kind of NAND, BIOS, ISO, game, or other copyrighted material that has been illegally obtained or shared. If any post like that is found, the thread containing it will be closed and further support will be revoked. Stating that you've downloaded a game will get you banned immediately, no matter if you purchased the game or not. Asking where to find or download games will get you banned immediately. Providing where to download games will get you banned immediately. You must legally dump/rip your own games, NAND, BIOS, etc.

Also, you're ban evading by creating another account, so I'm banning this one too..
