unique setting per game?

Hi, im new with dolphin so im having two questions.
Almost every game need few things specially turned on or off for it, so is there a way to make such config auto load or something like that when you start a game?
I know about few options on right mouse button at list, but there arent all setting, example dx9 or 11, sounds..
Second question: emulators usually have quick save and load when in game to let you jump back a little at level wherever was used, is here available option like that?

First question: They're working on it. It will be awhile and they likely won't implement all of the options since that would be way too many.
