I know that MAME has a feature which creates unfathomably large video files that playback at the game's original speed regardless of how slow it is in the emulator. Since I have about 3TB of space, is there any way to replicate this in Dolphin? Will it be added as a feature in a future release? Couldn't code just be borrowed from MAME and put into Dolphin?

Dolphin has a dump frames and dump audio feature and is equivalent to the one in MAME. It allows you to select the codec and you can pick uncompressed as an option. You will have to mux the video and audio together.
