Unable to transfer GC memory cards from PC to Android 12 phone

Like the title says. When the Dolphin folder was at the root of the internal storage, this was never a problem. But now that it's confined to the Android\data folder, it won't let me copy my memory cards and replace the stock memory card files. Is there a workaround for this? I'd really like to know! Thanks in advance.

As a workaround, you can use the export and import buttons that are available at Config > User Data. Export your user data to a zip file, put your memory cards inside the zip file, then import it again.
