Unable to toggle fullscreen with hotkeys

The GPU had already been upgraded a while ago, so it's the same between builds (RTX 3080). Again, it's an incredibly minor issue compared to what I've been posting in the Android board, but still, something's wrong here.

Have you tried to configure it manually?


Dolphin Menu > Options > Hotkey Settings

Check if "DInput\0\Keyboard Mouse" is selected at the top

Right-click on "Toogle Fullscreen" and type: @(Alt+RETURN)
