Minor issue, self-explanatory title. I used to be able to toggle fullscreen with Alt+Enter, but now I have to use the menu. It's hard to pinpoint why this is happening, since, all at once, I did a CPU/motherboard/RAM upgrade (Z87-PRO/i7-4770K/32 GB DDR3 1600 to X570-PLUS/R7-5800X/64 GB DDR4 3200), an OS update (Windows 10 to 11) and a few Dolphin updates (I'm on the development branch). Could I be doing something wrong, is it a regression, a known incompatibility with Windows 11, somehow an AMD bug (new Team Red user, please bear with me)?... The GPU had already been upgraded a while ago, so it's the same between builds (RTX 3080). Again, it's an incredibly minor issue compared to what I've been posting in the Android board, but still, something's wrong here.

Dolphin Menu > Options > Hotkey Settings Check if "DInput\0\Keyboard Mouse" is selected at the top Right-click on "Toogle Fullscreen" and type: @(Alt+RETURN) 11-29-2021, 11:23 AM

I am experiencing this very same issue. It was working fine with version 15470. Upgraded to 15575 and noticed the issue. I was crazy thinking my keyboard was broken but then I tested the keys with other emulators and it is working fine hopefully.
Something wrong happened in recent updates to emu which broke this hotkey. Edit: it is a known issue and has been reported here: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/12744 and it seems to have been fixed here: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/10248 , but I can't find a development build with this description yet in the downloads page. 12-05-2021, 06:21 AM
