Unable to read Mario Party 7 .iso?

So I got Dolphin to kick back and relax with some old school games. Attempted to load up Mario Party7 and was met with the error message.

"This disc could not be read (at 0x54b1b600 - 0x54b1b660.)

Any ideas on how I could fix this?
