Unable to press any buttons

If I start up any game using dolphin, it displays this message; http://imgur.com/pcxfZQY. I'm alright with this and want to format the memory card, but the buttons on the screen are black and none of my keyboard inputs work. Please help!

Operating System "7" is not supported.
And Dolphin revision "7" is incredibly old, consider updating.

If you actually want help, give us the information you were asked of when you signed up so we can actually reason about what you might be doing wrong..
