Unable to post new thread in "Wii" Game support forum

I wanted to ask a question regarding an issue I'm having with a wii emulation on dolphin, but the option to post a new thread in that support subforum is not available. The "button" is simply absent, and clicking the space where it should be does nothing.

Edit: Actually the issue for me is on all the forums listed under "Game Support".
