I have finaly did it on my Windows 8 Pro 64bit system, it was a bit
complicated but I got it working. When you plug the bt adapter it will
start to persist on installing the MS bluetooth stack which you must
disable it first, and second if the Hardware ID of the BT is not on
toshiba driver file you have to add it manually + disabling the Windows 8
Driver Signature because it will fail to install the Toshiba stack on
the adapter. Once you have done all this three steps you got a working
Wiimote on Windows 8/Dolphin.
