so just as writen above im not beeing able to do so correctly ive tried many ways and even followed some youtube tutorials on how to transfer from an older to a most recent one dolphin version.
im stuck in legend skyward sword at the water temple(right after the dragon opens it and you get the first key) because my older version crashes once i try to use the key on the door and ive tried to transfer them to the dolphin emulator (most recent version) but im not getting able to do so.

Are you using savestates? Savestates depend on whatever Dolphin is doing at the time and easily break between revisions.

i was saving the normal way (for me the normal way is the one provided by the game and not by emulator) and it didnt work so i tried to make a savestate and load on the most recent version but it didnt loaded instead i got an error that says that decompressing failled.

What you need to do is transfer your saves to the new global user directory. Check out the guide on it, it specifically has instructions for moving saves to the global user directory.

3.0-410 to 4.0.2

i got able finally to transfer saves needed to right click the game on dolphin and choose open wii game save folder and copy then repeat the process in the other one and paste there ty or the help.

PS: this way i had to copy save by save since it only moves 1 savegame at time

Next to the exe in 3.0-410 there is a "user" folder. Inside that are two more folders, "Wii" and "GC". Copy those folders into "C:\Users\[your username]\My Documents\Dolphin Emulator". That's all there is to it.

Please post a screenshot of where you put the GC and Wii folders.
