If Dolphin is not installable from the play store on your device and a sideloaded APK hosted here errors on install, your device is not compatible and there is nothing you can do.

Likely reason is that your device, while having 64 bit hardware, does not run 64 bit software. This is common with low end phones.

And even if it did install, you generally need the fastest phone you can get to run Dolphin remotely well.

yea likely that the cpu is 64bit but not the OS that is installed.
A custom firmware can probably be your only way.

Sadly, yes. Even if you could install it, the SD 450 chip in your phone with its A53 cores, wouldn't run dolphin well. Very few if any games would play at a decent frame rate. It's tough to hear I know(I'm eager to play Gamecube games on my phone too, it's just not powerful enough T.T). The plus side is your phone is fully capable of playing most PSP games well, especially with the Vulkan backend.

I'm not aware of any custom rom for any device that ships 64 bit userspace when the device was released with 32 bit.

Moto G5S Plus comes with 32-bit OS, but you can find a 64-bit custom ROM.
PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / GTX 660 2GB / 16GB DDR4 3600MHz / Windows 10 Pro

Phones: Poco F3 8/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)
